Payments

You can either submit full payment up-front, or partial payment up-front (at least 50% of the amount due) and the remaining payment once you've confirmed / accepted the cleaned and colored sketch.I accept commissions on my VGen or my Ko-fi!! (Links back at the home page)

Revisions

Revisions before the rendering phase are a-okay, as are minor revisions after rendering begins.
However, particularly drastic revisions after the cleaned and colored sketch has been accepted may incur a small fee!

Deadlines and Delivery

Commissions are a secondary income as I do have another Job, but my timeline for commission completion should rarely go any longer than a month. You are more than welcome to ask for updates.
I am most free (enter time-period in time-zone) if you're trying to reach out.

Copywrite and Permissions:

My illustrations are NOT to be used for any NFTs or AI Learning under any circumstances.
You may not use my illustrations for any commercial use without my permission, though I am likely to say yes, just please make sure to ask!
I retain the right to use the commissioned piece at my discretion.

Refunds:

In an effort to still receive compensation for my time, the percentage of your requested refund depends on the progress of your commission.-A refund request after an approved rough sketch is a 90% refund.
-A refund request after the approved sketch and colors are a 70% refund.
-A refund request late into the rendering phase is a 30% refund only.
-Naturally, once the commission is completed a refund cannot be requested.If the commission has either not started at all or has only barely just begun, you are entitled to a full refund.

Communication:

Please make clear what channels I can reach you on at the beginning of the commission. I will send updates for approval through these channels periodically.

My Rights as an Artist:

While working on your commission, I may work on commissions for others or my own personal art alongside it.

Misc.:

I can do commissions using a real-life person as a reference, but I require proof of consent to do so.
